Double Smash burgers have arrived at Byron. We are now offering you the choice between our Signature Byron thick and juicy patty, or a Byron Double Smash. Whether you’re having a Byron or a Chilli, you can transform any of our burgers into a double smash; two slightly smaller patties which are smashed on to the grill to become crisped to perfection. Which will you go for when you pick your patty?
OUR MENU
As well as smash burgers and new beef, we have worked hard on new additions and improvements to our menu of Proper Burgers and sides. We are pleased to introduce The Big Cheese, BBQ Chicken, and the Dirty Byron burger; a beef burger loaded with BBQ pulled beef, Byron cheese, beef dripping mayo, burger relish, pickled red onions, bacon & onion crumb, served with a pot of dipping gravy. We also have new cheese bites, dirty fries, and even new sauces for you to enjoy. We look forward to having you visit and try our new menu.
