We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Breakfast by Byron, available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM in Liverpool! Our new breakfast menu is packed with delicious options to start your day right. Available to dine in or order on Deliveroo.

Choose from our signature Breakfast Buns, including the classic Egg & Cheese Bun or the hearty Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bun. For plant-based options, try the Vegan Bacon Bun or the Veggie Breakfast Bun featuring a Beyond Meat patty and smashed avocado. If you want to be create your perfect breakfast you can Build Your Own Breakfast!

The Works is our fully loaded breakfast burger, with beef patty, sausage patty, bacon, eggs, cheese and burger relish. Don't forget your mini hash browns!

Wash it all down with a hot coffee or treat yourself to a refreshing Mimosa or Bloody Mary for a breakfast with a twist. We're proud to be working with Pickle House to bring you their Pickle Juice Bloody Marys!
