We’re excited to announce our new menu at Byron!


Byron is adopting a customisable customer-focused approach with its new menu, allowing its diners to customise every part of their meal, with Build Your Byron. Featuring near-endless combinations for diners to choose from - our customers can pick their own customisable protein, toppings, and sauces to create their ultimate, bespoke Byron burger.

 

With an astonishing amount of combinations for Build Your Byron at their disposal - diners can also customise Byron’s ‘Proper Burgers’ with the new Pick Your Patty feature - offering beef-lovers a choice between a thick and juicy Byron Signature patty or a Double Smash option.

 

Enlisting a new butcher, Aldens - one of the oldest and most established butchers in the UK - Byron are debuting brand new patties with a heritage to be proud of. Sourcing British West Country beef, with a return of their 2007 selected cuts but utilising techniques of dry ageing for 30 days, Byron has redefined their perfect burger patty.

 

Byron is proud to amplify that Aldens’ heritage beef has many stories to tell from the past 227 years - remaining true to their values of great tasting meat, trusted provenance, high-welfare standards and cut using traditional craft butchery. It echoes Byron’s ethos, adopting modernisation but never at the expense of flavour, taste or tradition. Proper burgers, afterall, need proper beef.

 

As well as Build Your Byron, the new menu also features ten specially crafted ‘Proper Burgers’. With the trademark Byron at the helm (with new and improved maple bacon, burger relish and Byron cheese blend), alongside the Smokey, Chilli, Clucky and other favourites, Byron introduces some new staples; The Big Cheese, BBQ Chicken, and Dirty Byron a beef burger loaded with BBQ pulled beef, Byron cheese, beef dripping mayo, burger relish, pickled red onions, bacon & onion crumb, served with a pot of dipping gravy.

 

It is clear to see Byron making an effort to improve the quality and heritage of their products. Not just by working with Alden’s on beef and Miller’s bakery on new buns but right down to sauces and dips as Byron announces the use of Wilderbee Honey’s new ethical sustainable hot honey products.

 

As pioneers of the “burger revolution”, Byron Burgers paved the way for ‘proper burgers’ and are considered catalysts for the burgers customers know and love today.. Modernising their offering - whilst still retaining what makes Byron burgers so classic, with an important emphasis on provenance of ingredients, ‘Build Your Byron’ gives customers the power to choose to create their burger exactly to their preference and liking - inspiring both those who were there the first time around, and a whole new generation of burger fans, in the process.
