SIGNATURE vs DOUBLE SMASH

When you order a beef burger at Byron you can now choose whether to order a Byron signature patty, or a double smash option. But what is the difference?

Using our new beef we have developed two patty options so your experience is fully customisable. Our Byron Signature patty is a classic Byron style thick and juicy patty which will give purist burger lovers their perfect juicy bite. Our double smash burgers use a new American technique; two smaller patties are smashed on the grill to creating a caramelised crust to lock in the flavour.
